📧Voucher/Certificate Winners - No Venue Visit Needed!

✓ Won a VOUCHER or CERTIFICATE? You DON'T need to come to the venue!

Simply provide your mailing address online and we'll mail your prize to you. This helps reduce crowding at the venue so physical prize winners can pick up more easily.

No 30-minute deadline • No venue visit • No QR code needed • Just provide your address online!

⏰Physical Prize Winners - 30-Minute Pickup Deadline

⚠️ ONLY applies to trees, raffle items, and special physical prizes ⚠️

Physical prizes MUST be picked up within 30 minutes of responding to your winner notification, or they will be forfeited and redistributed.

Timeline Example for Physical Prizes:

📱 5:00 PM - You receive winner text
✅ 5:10 PM - You reply "Yes" (contact established)
🚗 5:40 PM - Pickup deadline (30 minutes from response)
⚠️ After 5:40 PM - Prize forfeited if not picked up

📱Phone Requirements

✓Must receive text messages
✓Turn OFF Do Not Disturb
✓Keep phone charged & accessible
✓Respond within 15 minutes

🎫What to Bring (Physical Prizes)

For trees, raffle items, special prizes only

✓Valid government photo ID
✓QR code on your phone screen
✓Must be 18+ or with parent
✓Vehicle for large items

✓Write name clearly & legibly
✓Write phone # clearly & legibly
✓Use SMS-capable phone #
✓No landlines - texts required!

⚡Critical Details (Physical Prizes)

For in-person pickup only

✓Pickup location: La Salle Lower Level
✓Building closes at event end
✓No storage - no next-day pickup
✓Late = forfeited & redrawn
